Jonathan is a registered Manufacturing Specialist with the Manufacturing Advisory Service, Yorkshire region and has a degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Coventry University.

He is an experienced Manufacturing Consultant and Engineer and has held a number of senior Manufacturing Positions within the Automotive Manufacturing sector.   

Prior to becoming a Manufacturing Consultant, Jonathan was heavy involved with both Toyota and Nissan in the specification, development and improvement of Lean Manufacturing Systems. Jonathan has specific and successful experience in diagnosing and implementing manufacturing solutions to improve  Productivity, Quality, Delivery and Morale in a wide range of manufacturing sectors including Automotive, Ceramics, Food, Electrical Assembly, Machine Tools, Furniture, Precision Engineering, Aerospace and Commercial Vehicles.   

He also has a broad range of Quality Problem Solving and Manufacturing Management experience with specific skills in Value Stream Mapping, Manufacturing strategy and Lean System Development.
